Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service (ToS).

If you disagree with the terms, feel free to contact us and propose terms that will suit you. Please outline them in the document so both sides can sign it.

We offer various design services, including but not limited to graphic design, 3D product renderings, 3D videos, branding, logo, and packaging design. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be detailed in the service agreement or proposal provided to you for each project in written form.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of our design studio.

All materials produced by Dandify Design, including graphics, texts, and other content, are our clients’ intellectual property or are used with permission from third-party rights holders. We have the right to list content we create on our website or social media as a portfolio.

As a client, you are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for Dandify Design Studio to complete your project. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in delays or additional fees.

Payment terms, including fees, invoicing, and payment schedules, will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with these terms.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, Dandify Design will invoice for any work completed to date, which shall be payable by the client.

Dandify Design Studio will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services’ use. As we translated all intellectual property to our client.

Dandify Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes to these terms by posting a notice on our website or by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your contact information.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union or Poland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of European Union or Polish courts.
